Welcome to the 2nd edition of
ACKNEX MAGAZINE

About this Edition
All the more respect is due to those many ACKNEX
soloists who, without the proper budget of a wealthy publisher or the support
of a experienced team backing them, at home and all by themselves go about
putting together their very own, private 3D Game. We know how much work
goes into even the smallest of levels. And it's always a relief if a tool
is made available to you that facilitates level designing - especially
if you're a beginner. One such tool is the long awaited and much demanded
ACKNEX-EDITOR. In this issue we for the first time proudly present (FLOURISH!)
a demo to play around with! All functions are available, but you can't
save anything, of course! But the software comes at a quite reasonable

ACKNEX related Tools..
The HINTS column again offers quite a few interesting
tips for professionals. Among other things there you'll find a complete
MOUSE wdl and tips about how to produce clickable textures. And our
old colleague Chris
Zoinks has made an open forum available for
for a few weeks now. So enjoy!
Sincerely, your
